Oak Grove is a group home for young men ages 11-17 struggling with serious emotional problems. In a nurturing environment, each child works toward reuniting with a family.

Program Goals:
- Develop and enhance independent living skills and promote self sufficiency.
- Teach and develop effective stress-management strategies, decision-making, problem-solving and coping skills.
- Create opportunities for a successful community living experience.
- Provide a protected and nurturing learning environment
Clinical Services:
- Assessments for trauma and behavioral disorders
- Individual, group, and family counseling
- Aftercare support to link services after discharge
Children and will participate in educational, vocational and recreational activities provided by our Bakker Career Center and by volunteers in the community. An incentive-based level system, which focuses on strengths as well as challenges, helps clients prepare for placement with family, foster care, or group care. Oak Grove is a high-management group home for boys struggling with serious emotional problems. In this nurturing environment, each child works toward reuniting with a family.
