Must have a Bachelor's degree in the human services field and at least 6 months experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Director of Human Resources & Risk Management and maintain personnel data. Responsible for general office duties, transcription of meetings, orienting new hires, scheduling trainings and ensuring medical and employment requirements are met for state licensing reviews, DSS and Medicaid audits. Must feel confident with taking on new tasks and be able to coordinate multiple projects in a fast paced environment. Will also answer incoming telephone calls, greeting and assisting visitors. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
